Better integration of 24-hour caregivers into existing care networks and support in cases of sexual harassment, violence, devaluation and discrimination against caregivers.

Using a digital survey tool, a comprehensive picture of their experiences, working conditions and difficulties is collected directly from the caregivers.

As part of the project, a range of (digital) information materials will be produced in Romanian, German, Slovakian, English, Hungarian, Bulgarian and Serbo-Croatian.

The project “Care4Care: From precarious to safe working conditions” aims to improve the working conditions of migrant 24-hour carers working in Austria and make their migration safer for them.

To fund a process against bogus self-employment, we have started a crowdfunding project and reached our fundraising goal.
